This session is a sanctuary to silence the daily noise and align your decisions with your deepest intentions through a blend of mindfulness and creative expression. Using a handpicked selection of specialized art materials and editorial textures, you will craft a visual North Star—a sophisticated roadmap toward the version of yourself you want to build. Led by Ana Dominguez, an Art Therapy specialist with over 500 guided sessions, this workshop invites you to honor the "good" already present in your life as the foundation to materialize your dreams. When you visualize your path with absolute clarity, you hold the power to make it a reality. 

Wonderful Benefits of Creative Crafting: Keeping your hands busy can help your mind quiet down and your body relax. Working with your hands can also improve your cognitive function, increase physical activity, and support your mental wellbeing. It can also help you build a sense of accomplishment and control over your world.
