Wonderful Benefits of Crafting: Engaging your hands in activity can promote stillness of mind and relaxation of the body. Crafting with your hands can also enhance cognitive abilities, foster physical movement, and nurture your emotional state. Furthermore, it can cultivate a sense of achievement and agency over your surroundings.

This is a 1.5 hour class.

Materials Provided: 11x9 frame, small pieces of white, beige, turquoise and blue shells will be available plus cream and turquoise glass and small pearls
